Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- At least 3 months after myocardial infarction
- Sitting more than 8 hours per day
- Physical activity level less than 600 Mets minutes as measured by IPAQ
You will not qualify if you...
- Unstable angina
- Recurrent myocardial infarction
- Recent surgery or procedure
- Heart failure
- Arrhythmia
