What this Trial Is About

This research aims to assess how a structured physical therapy and rehabilitation program affects walking patterns and foot pressure in women who have had total knee replacement surgery or have knee problems without surgery. Patients with knee replacement often experience changes in how they walk and bear weight, which can impact their recovery and mobility. The study focuses on whether targeted rehabilitation can improve walking and balance in these patients. Participants will take part in a physical therapy program that includes exercises to improve joint movement, muscle strength, balance, and walking. The program is designed to help improve functional ability and gait performance. The study includes two groups: women who have had total knee replacement surgery and those with knee problems but no surgery. Before and after completing the 6 to 10-week rehabilitation program, participants will undergo evaluations using gait analysis and plantar pressure measurement tools. Researchers will measure walking speed, step length, muscle strength, postural alignment, and pressure distribution across the foot. These assessments will help track improvements and guide better rehabilitation approaches. The total participation period covers the duration of the rehabilitation program and assessments before and after therapy.
