Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Scoring 4 or above on the First-Level Beck Depression Inventory
- Regularly receiving hemodialysis treatment
- Cognitively capable of understanding exercise instructions
- Voluntarily agreeing to participate and providing informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as major depression, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia
- Physically unable to perform relaxation exercises due to musculoskeletal disorders
- Previously participated regularly in relaxation therapy, yoga, meditation, or similar practices
- Unable to follow instructions due to hearing, visual, or cognitive impairments
- Participating in another psychosocial or physical intervention program simultaneously
