Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Female sex: Older women aged between 60 and 70 years.
- Ability to perform the required aerobic exercise without health issues that would prevent participation.
You will not qualify if you...
- Current smokers.
- History of alcohol abuse or excessive alcohol consumption.
- Diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases other than hypertension.
