Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 65 years
- Diagnosed with nonspecific neck pain
- Able to follow exercise instructions and understand evaluation questions
- Volunteered to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- History of acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain other than nonspecific neck pain
- History of rheumatological disease
- Sequestered or extruded disc herniation
- Received physical therapy in the last three months
- Recent history of surgery
- Infectious or vascular diseases
- Problems with cooperation or communication
