This study was conducted at the Faculty of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Hacettepe University. This study aimed to structure and define a family centered, goal-oriented, personalized physiotherapy, and rehabilitation application for the treatment of children with cerebral palsy. One of the significant objectives of this study was to examine the effects of this intervention within the framework of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) on body function, activity, participation, and quality of life. The study protocol started with evaluations from patients after obtaining approval from the ethics committees. The study will be completed within a follow-up period of four months without treatment, including the remote monitoring process. The results of this study aimed to provide valuable information about the effectiveness of family centered physiotherapy application in severely affected children with dyskinetic cerebral palsy.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 5 and 18 years
- Diagnosis of Dyskinetic Cerebral Palsy confirmed by a pediatric neurologist
- Gross motor function level IV or V according to the Expanded and Revised Gross Motor Function Classification System
- Manual Ability Classification System level IV or V
- Communication Function Classification System level I, II, or III
- Ability to use Zoom and WhatsApp applications for remote participation
- Continuing routine physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs

- Difficulty understanding and following instructions
- Severe visual impairments
- Orthopedic or brain surgery within the last 12 months
