The trial will run until the end of 2026, with all activities conducted remotely via mobile devices.

- Use a Fitbit mobile device linked to a Google account on an Android smartphone
- Able to read, write, and willing to consent in English

- Symptoms or chief complaints related to mental health disorders, sexually transmitted infections, or pregnancy
