Researchers are evaluating the long-term safety and tolerability of dazodalibep in adults with Sjögren's Syndrome. This phase 3 open-label extension study focuses on participants who have previously received dazodalibep or placebo in earlier phase 3 trials and completed those studies through Week 48. Participants will receive dazodalibep intravenously during this long-term extension study. The first dose is administered around Week 48 (+28 days) following the prior phase 3 studies. The study monitors safety and tolerability over an extended period to assess treatment-emergent adverse events up to 152 weeks. During the study, participants will undergo regular evaluations to monitor their health and any side effects. Researchers will collect data on adverse events that emerge during treatment. Researchers are evaluating the effect of a triple therapy inhaler called BGF MDI containing budesonide, glycopyrronium, and formoterol fumarate compared with a dual therapy inhaler called GFF MDI containing glycopyrronium and formoterol fumarate in people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) who have a higher risk of heart and lung problems. This Phase III randomized, double-blind, parallel group study takes place at multiple centers and focuses on cardiopulmonary outcomes in these patients. Participants receive either the BGF MDI 320/14.4/9.6 micrograms twice daily or the GFF MDI 14.4/9.6 micrograms twice daily. The treatments are inhaled using metered dose inhalers. The study compares these two therapies over time to see how they affect the time until the first severe heart or lung event occurs. The study design ensures that neither participants nor researchers know which treatment is given to reduce bias. During the study, participants will have regular visits to the study site or virtual visits to complete assessments. Researchers will monitor lung function, symptoms, and blood tests, including blood eosinophil counts and COPD assessment test scores. Researchers are evaluating how well nipocalimab works compared to a placebo in adults with moderate to severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), a chronic disease where the immune system attacks healthy tissues causing swelling and redness in various organs. This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study focused on adults aged 18 to 75 who have active SLE symptoms and have been diagnosed for at least 24 weeks. Participants will receive either nipocalimab or a placebo alongside standard of care treatments, which include protocol-defined topical and systemic therapies. Nipocalimab and placebo are administered as drugs while maintaining background treatments. The study monitors participants over time, including a primary outcome measurement at Week 52 to assess the percentage of participants achieving a systemic lupus erythematosus responder index (SRI)-4 composite response. This study includes both participants who have previously used biologic treatments and those who have not. This research aims to evaluate the long-term safety and explore the effectiveness of astegolimab in people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who have already completed a 52-week treatment in previous studies GB43311 or GB44332. The study focuses on participants aged 40 to 90 years and is a Phase III open-label extension trial designed to continue monitoring patients after their initial treatment period. Participants will receive astegolimab as a subcutaneous injection every two weeks during this extension study. This treatment continues from the prior placebo-controlled phase, allowing researchers to observe any ongoing effects and safety concerns over a longer period. Researchers are conducting a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of tezepelumab in adults aged 40 to 80 years with moderate to very severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Participants must have experienced at least two moderate or one severe COPD exacerbations in the year before joining and be receiving inhaled maintenance therapy. The study focuses on adults who continue to experience symptoms despite current treatments and aims to assess the impact of tezepelumab on COPD exacerbations. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive monthly subcutaneous injections of either one of two doses of tezepelumab or a placebo. Treatment will last for a minimum of 52 weeks and may extend up to 76 weeks. After the treatment period, there will be a 12-week safety follow-up phase to monitor participants after stopping the study drug. The study compares tezepelumab to placebo to determine its efficacy and safety over this extended period. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of a fixed-dose combination of fluticasone propionate (Fp) and albuterol sulfate (ABS) delivered via an integrated electronic module multidose dry powder inhaler (eMDPI) compared to ABS alone in reducing severe clinical asthma exacerbations in patients with asthma. The study also assesses the efficacy of a low dose of Fp/ABS versus ABS and examines the impact on systemic corticosteroid exposure. This is a phase 3 randomized, double-blind, active-controlled trial involving patients diagnosed with asthma for at least one year. Participants will receive either a high dose or low dose of Fp/ABS or ABS alone through oral inhalation powder during a double-blind treatment period lasting a minimum of 24 weeks. The study includes a 2-week screening phase, a 2 to 4-week run-in period, and the treatment phase. Because this is an event-driven study, the total duration for individual participants may extend up to approximately 42 months depending on enrollment timing and study completion. During the study, participants will be closely monitored for time to first severe clinical asthma exacerbation while using the inhaler device. This research aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Eloralintide (LY3841136) in adults who have osteoarthritis knee pain and are either obese or overweight. Conducted under a master protocol supporting two independent studies, the trial focuses on participants with a body mass index of 27 or higher who experience knee osteoarthritis symptoms such as pain and stiffness. The study is a Phase 3 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial designed to provide clear evidence on this treatment's impact. Participants will receive either Eloralintide or a placebo, both administered by subcutaneous injection once weekly. The study includes a screening phase followed by about 75 weeks of participation. The treatments aim to assess changes in body weight and knee pain severity. The study excludes participants with recent surgeries for obesity, diabetes, active knee infections, recent serious heart events, or recent use of weight loss medications.
