This observational, non-interventional, multicenter, open-label study collects primary data prospectively over up to four years, alongside retrospective data. The study captures medical history, disease duration, laboratory values, disability scores (EDSS), MRI results, and relapse information to provide real-world insights into treatment use and outcomes. Patients receiving routine medical treatment with any approved injectable or selected oral DMTs—including ofatumumab, glatiramer acetate, interferon 21, teriflunomide, dimethyl fumarate, and diroximel fumarate—are enrolled without treatment allocation by the study. Two cohorts are observed: one treated primarily with injectable DMTs and another with injectable or oral DMTs. The core study period lasts about two years, with an optional extension providing an additional two years of observation, totaling up to four years. Follow-up visits and monitoring happen at the investigator's discretion and may include telemedicine. During the study, participants provide data through questionnaires and electronic case report forms. Routine clinical care procedures, such as diagnostic tests and monitoring, continue as usual. Researchers measure the proportion of patients continuing their baseline treatment at 24 months and collect ongoing clinical and imaging data. This observational study aims to understand treatment decisions and clinical use of ribociclib after its approval, collecting socio-economic data, quality of life, and patient compliance information. Participants receive treatment based on their physician's clinical judgment without study-assigned interventions. The treatments observed include ribociclib with an aromatase inhibitor LHRH, abemaciclib with endocrine therapy LHRH, or endocrine monotherapy LHRH. The study is conducted in various breast cancer centers and gynecological practices in Germany and Austria to represent local healthcare settings. This Phase 3 study is randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, and conducted at multiple outpatient centers. The main goal is to compare relapse prevention between KarXT treatment and placebo over 38 weeks, while also assessing time to discontinuation, safety, and tolerability. Participants receive either KarXT in varying doses (ranging from 20 mg/2 mg to 66.7 mg/6.67 mg taken three times daily) or placebo capsules. The study lasts 38 weeks, during which participants remain on assigned treatment in an outpatient setting. This phase 3 study aims to better understand how KarXT compares to a placebo in treating the psychotic symptoms associated with Alzheimer's Disease. Participants must have documented AD diagnosis and a history of psychotic symptoms lasting at least two months prior to starting the study. Participants will receive either KarXT or a placebo, with specified doses given on designated days. The study is designed as a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with parallel groups to assess the treatment's effects. The study aims to show similarity between these treatments by measuring how the drugs behave in the body and their effects on suppressing new active brain lesions over 24 weeks using MRI scans. Participants will receive intravenous infusions of either ABP 692, Ocrelizumab (US), or Ocrelizumab (EU). Researchers are evaluating whether systematic pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy (LNE) improves overall survival in women with stage I or II endometrial cancer who have a high risk of recurrence. The study also aims to assess the impact of LNE on disease-free survival, quality of life, complications, side effects, and the number of lymph nodes removed. A total of 640 patients with confirmed high-risk endometrial cancer will be included in the trial. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. In the first group, patients will undergo a total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, with an additional omentectomy if they have serous or clear cell cancer types. The second group will receive the same procedures plus systematic pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy up to the level of the left renal vein. This approach allows comparison between standard surgery and surgery with lymphadenectomy. During the study, patients will be monitored for overall survival over 60 months. Researchers will also evaluate disease-free survival and quality of life, while tracking complications and side effects of the treatments. Informed consent will be obtained, and patients’ compliance and health status will be regularly assessed. This research evaluates the effects of a nutritional intervention using ketogenic medium-chain triglycerides (kMCT) and B-vitamins on cognitive functioning in older adults who have mild cognitive impairment (MCI). The trial is designed as a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center, and multi-country pivotal study. It aims to study cognitive changes in this population, particularly focusing on those with memory complaints lasting more than three months and clinical diagnoses consistent with MCI. Participants receive either BrainXpert, a dietary supplement sachet containing 25 g of ketogenic medium-chain triglycerides without preservatives or additives, or a placebo consisting of a calorie-equivalent non-ketogenic vegetable oil powder in a similar sachet form. The study includes multiple clinic visits over an 18-month period, with key assessments at randomization, 12 months, and 18 months. The placebo is high-oleic acid sunflower oil without added vitamins, ensuring blinding between groups. During the study, participants and their informants attend scheduled visits where cognitive performance is assessed, including the Preclinical Alzheimer's Cognitive Composite (PACC) score measured at 12 months. Researchers are investigating treatments for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), a type of breast cancer known for its aggressive nature, poor prognosis, and diverse molecular characteristics. This study focuses on patients with early-stage, lower-risk TNBC, particularly those with stage I-II node-negative disease, who generally have better outcomes but still face significant clinical challenges. The trial aims to compare the effects of sacituzumab govitecan alone versus sacituzumab govitecan combined with pembrolizumab in this patient group, seeking to improve treatment responses and survival rates. Participants will receive sacituzumab govitecan at a dose of 10 mg/kg administered twice on days 1 and 8 within a 21-day cycle. Some participants will also receive pembrolizumab at 200 mg every three weeks. The study evaluates treatment durations between 12 and 18 weeks in the neoadjuvant (pre-surgery) setting. The purpose is to assess whether these regimens can produce comparable pathological complete remission rates with a better safety profile compared to standard chemotherapy. Researchers are collecting new real-world data on first-line treatment for women newly diagnosed with advanced high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer in Germany. This study aims to understand how maintenance treatment with Poly ADP ribose polymerase inhibitors (PARPi) affects routine medical care, patient outcomes, and treatment sequences, especially in those undergoing surgery and chemotherapy. It also explores patient-reported experiences, physician insights, genetic testing practices, and drug safety in this setting. The study observes patients receiving first-line platinum-based chemotherapy, including those who have completed primary debulking surgery. It includes patients who have started or are planning to start chemotherapy, with the total number of chemotherapy cycles tailored by the treating physician. Women of childbearing potential must use reliable contraception during the study. The study does not involve any experimental interventions but monitors treatments as they occur in regular clinical practice. Participants will be followed to evaluate progression-free survival and other outcomes up to 84 months from the start of chemotherapy. The trial investigates the long-term safety and tolerability of KarXT in people with psychosis associated with Alzheimer's Disease. This Phase 3 global, multicenter, open-label extension study lasts 52 weeks and enrolls participants who have completed earlier related studies (CN012-0026, CN012-0027, or CN012-0056). The purpose is to monitor how well patients tolerate KarXT over an extended period and to collect safety data. Participants receive KarXT in varying doses taken three times daily, ranging from 20/2 mg up to 66.7/6.67 mg per dose, corresponding to total daily doses between 60/6 mg and 200/20 mg. This treatment is provided throughout the 52-week open-label extension. The study includes only those who completed the previous related studies and continues to assess their response to KarXT over this longer timeframe. During the study, participants are closely monitored for treatment-emergent adverse events from the first dose through 14 days after the final dose, which may be up to 54 weeks.
