Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- MSK service seeing adults aged 18 years or older and based in community care
- MSK service with at least 10 full-time equivalent healthcare professionals
- System in place for digital collection of patient-reported outcome and experience measures (PROM/PREM)
- First Contact Practitioner (FCP) service seeing adults aged 18 years or older in primary care
- FCP service with at least 1 full-time equivalent FCP seeing MSK patients
- Use of EMIS or SYSTMONE electronic medical records
- Ability to implement Midlands FCP template
- Patients aged 18 years or older
- Active phone number or verified email address to participate in questionnaires
- Able to provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Secondary care MSK services
- Patients who have declined participation in research during the consent process
- Patients unable to complete surveys due to severe or terminal illness, severe learning difficulties, or psychological disorders
