What this Trial Is About
The study investigates patient satisfaction with pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) services across Turkey and explores how satisfaction relates to the organization and team composition of PR programs. This national, multicenter, cross-sectional observational study aims to identify factors that improve patient-centered care and help standardize PR services. Participants include adults with respiratory diseases who have completed a structured PR program, regardless of setting, and healthcare professionals coordinating or managing PR programs. Patients complete an online satisfaction questionnaire covering accessibility, communication, program structure, and outcomes. Coordinators complete an institutional survey about program organization, team makeup, session frequency, assessment tools, referrals, and admissions. Participants are involved by completing the respective online surveys within four weeks after finishing the PR program. Researchers measure patient satisfaction and analyze program structures and teams to understand their impact. The study runs from July 2025 to June 2026 and includes adults aged 18 to 80 years. Safety monitoring is not applicable since this is an observational study.
