You may qualify if you...

  • Female children and adolescents, both before and after puberty
  • Ages 0 to 18 years old
  • Undergoing scheduled or emergency ovarian surgery including oophorectomy (for torsion, benign or malignant mass/cyst) or ovarian cystectomy
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Pregnant females
