AI-Summary

What this Trial Is About

Researchers are investigating how to prevent falls in community-dwelling older adults who have cognitive frailty and a history of falls. Cognitive frailty is defined by a combination of physical frailty and mild cognitive impairment, which puts these individuals at high risk for falls that can cause sudden loss of independence. The study aims to confirm the effectiveness of a home-based exercise program combined with health coaching compared to health education in reducing falls over one year.
