Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- At least 18 years old
- Willing and able to provide informed consent
- Diagnosed with moderate aortic valve disease based on echocardiographic criteria
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe aortic valve disease or planned cardiac surgery within 6 months
- Prior elective transfemoral transcatheter aortic valve replacement
- Life expectancy less than 12 months due to non-heart diseases like cancer or chronic organ disease
- Severe dementia preventing consent or study participation
- Acute pulmonary oedema or cardiogenic shock
- Considered unsuitable by investigator due to medical, social, or psychological reasons
- Currently enrolled in another randomized study
