The primary purpose of this registry is to obtain real-world clinical experience of Paroxysmal (PAF) and Persistent (PsAF) Atrial Fibrillation ablation radiofrequency (RF) technologies. Data from the registry will be used to assess clinical outcomes, including procedural efficiency, safety, and long-term, effectiveness of catheter ablation with novel RF technologies in PAF and PsAF patients.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- Diagnosed with symptomatic Paroxysmal (AF episodes ending spontaneously within 7 days) or Persistent (AF lasting beyond 7 days) Atrial Fibrillation
- Considered candidates for AF ablation by the investigator
- Undergoing a first-time ablation or a repeat procedure if their previous ablation is also included in the registry
- Able and willing to participate in all baseline and follow-up evaluations throughout the registry
- Willing and able to provide informed consent if required
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently enrolled in an investigational drug or device clinical trial or any study that dictates treatment
- Diagnosed with long-standing persistent AF lasting more than one year
- Having a repeat ablation procedure if their initial ablation is not part of the registry
- Any known contraindication to ablation as judged by the investigator
