The purpose of the project is to set up a national, prospective, longitudinal, multicenter cohort study, a tumor registry platform, to document uniform data on characteristics, molecular diagnostics, treatment and course of disease, to collect patient-reported outcomes and to establish a decentralized biobank for patients with advanced or metastatic ovarian cancer (OC) or advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer (EC) in Germany.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Confirmed high grade ovarian cancer (advanced or metastatic epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer) with FIGO stage IIb-IV starting systemic treatment
- Patients with recurrent or relapsed ovarian cancer who received previous systemic anti-tumor treatment and are starting systemic treatment for recurrence
- Locally advanced inoperable or metastatic endometrial cancer (FIGO stage III-IV) starting systemic first-line therapy
- Signed and dated informed consent before first therapy cycle if participating in patient-reported outcomes module
- Signed and dated informed consent no later than six weeks after start of first therapy cycle if not participating in patient-reported outcomes module
You will not qualify if you...
- Newly diagnosed early-stage ovarian cancer (FIGO stage I-IIa)
- Low grade metastatic ovarian cancer
- Early-stage endometrial cancer (FIGO stage I-II)
