This research aims to evaluate a robotic training program designed for unexperienced novice surgeons, specifically surgical residents focusing on visceral robotic procedures. The study is observational and investigates the effectiveness of a curriculum structured around five modules multimodular didactics, standardization, training structure, interdisciplinary workplace, and evaluation. The goal is to ensure basic competence in robotic surgical skills among beginners. The training involves surgical residents and experts differentiated by organ systems, with a focus on robotic procedures. The program is designed to develop practical skills through structured training and interdisciplinary collaboration. The study observes various aspects of surgical training and expertise over a period of five years. Participants will be monitored for perioperative morbidity, patient mortality rate, intraoperative workload, and basic robotic competence during the five-year follow-up. Additional assessments include patient characteristics, laboratory parameters, surgical expertise, practical resident training, and robotic bedside assistance. The study spans multiple years to comprehensively evaluate outcomes related to robotic surgery training.
