This research aims to evaluate the feasibility of a peer-led contraception education program delivered through social networks to high school students aged 15 to 19 in La Réunion and Guadeloupe. The study focuses on understanding how well this approach works as part of a before-and-after design, exploring how students adopt, accept, and react to the program, as well as how faithfully it is delivered. The program involves selecting peer influencers who are trained to create educational content about sexual health and contraception. These peer influencers will share videos and messages on social networks, while all high school students in the selected vocational schools will view this content over three months. Students will participate in surveys about their sexual health knowledge before and after the program. Participants will take part in focus groups to share their views on peer education, answer questionnaires about sexual health knowledge, and track the outreach of the peer influencers' content on social networks. Researchers will measure the feasibility by looking at peer influencers' commitment rates during the program and its evaluation, which may last up to 15 months after enrollment. The study also includes follow-up surveys to assess changes in knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to contraception.
