What this Trial Is About

Researchers are studying adults with various endocrine disorders, which affect hormone-producing glands in the body. The study aims to learn more about these conditions, support physician education, and provide data for future research. It focuses on adults aged 18 to 90 who have known or suspected endocrine or metabolic disorders. Participants may undergo a range of tests including blood, urine, stool, and saliva samples, imaging studies with or without injected substances, and sleep studies. Some may have genetic testing through blood, cheek swabs, or saliva. Treatments such as surgery, radiation, or medications may be provided as part of clinical care. A device involving catheters with side holes may be used for adrenal vein sampling. During the study, participants will have physical exams, medical history reviews, and consultations with specialists. Researchers will monitor diagnosis and treatment variables, adverse events related to adrenal vein sampling, and hormone levels. The study length and schedule vary per participant, with ongoing evaluation and follow-up to gather clinical data and samples for research purposes.
