What this Trial Is About
Researchers are evaluating the progression-free survival of polatuzumab in real-world clinical settings among Chinese adults diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma DLBCL. This study aims to observe how this treatment performs in typical clinical practice, focusing on different groups including unfit or frail participants, those classified as neither unfit nor frail, and those with relapsed or refractory DLBCL. The study is prospective, observational, and multicenter in design. Participants receive polatuzumab vedotin as prescribed by their physicians according to local clinical practice and labeling. The study follows three cohorts unfitfrail untreated participants, non-unfitfrail untreated participants, and participants with relapsed or refractory DLBCL who have started polatuzumab. They will be observed for safety and effectiveness until death, withdrawal, loss to follow-up, or study end, up to approximately 3 years. Participants will be monitored regularly to assess progression-free survival using the Lugano Response Criteria for Malignant Lymphoma, with evaluations at 24 months and up to about 38 months. Other outcomes include response rates, time to next treatment, disease control, survival rates, and adverse event tracking. The study involves ongoing observation without experimental treatment administration, allowing researchers to understand polatuzumabs use and outcomes in routine care over time.
