Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Signed informed consent according to guidelines
- 16 years of age or older at consent
- Meet recognized 2019 classification criteria for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
- Inadequate response to glucocorticoids and at least two immunosuppressants, including one biologic, each used for at least 3 months
- Active disease at study entry defined by specific clinical and antibody criteria
- For lupus nephritis patients: recent kidney biopsy within 6 months showing active Class III, IV, or V disease with limited scarring
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant women
- Participation in other interventional clinical trials involving investigational therapies
- Unable or unwilling to comply with routine clinical follow-up for study data collection
