Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 or older
- Chronic kidney disease stage 3b or 4
- Positive screen for nutrition insecurity (such as Tufts screener)
- Receiving care at the VA and living in Food Bank of the Rockies service area
- Able to provide informed consent and communicate in English
You will not qualify if you...
- Chronic kidney disease stages 1 to 3a or stage 5 CKD/end-stage renal disease (dialysis or transplant)
- Currently enrolled in a conflicting dietary trial
- Unwilling or unable to provide informed consent
