What this Trial Is About
Researchers are investigating the survival rate and bone health of two implant-supported short-span fixed partial dentures in the front lower jaw. The study focuses on how implants and prosthetic components interact with surrounding bone and soft tissue, especially the effects on bone remodeling and implant success over time. The goal is to compare outcomes with different timing strategies for placing and loading implants in the esthetic zone. Participants receive dental implants that support fixed partial dentures following one of three loading schedules: delayed loading after 3 months, progressive loading after 5 weeks, or immediate loading on the day of surgery. These different protocols are studied to see how they affect implant survival and bone levels around the implants. During the study, participants' medical records including implant details, surgical procedures, hygiene treatments, and radiographs are reviewed. Researchers monitor implant survival over three years and assess crestal bone levels. Participants have annual follow-up visits to evaluate oral hygiene and check for any complications. The study duration extends to at least three years to track long-term outcomes.
