Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Medically competent men and women
  • Chronic myofascial trigger points in the upper trapezius for more than 6 months
  • Presence of a tight band with a palpable nodule and distant pain when pressure is applied
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Previous neck or shoulder pathology such as fracture, surgery, inflammatory or infectious diseases
  • Cervical disc pathology
  • Systemic disorders
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Physical therapy treatment for neck or shoulder within the last 3 months
