Interviews will be conducted in English, Haitian Creole, or Spanish. Clinicians selected have experience with successful vaccine interventions beyond Boston Medical Center and affiliated centers. During the study, researchers will conduct interviews to assess vaccine confidence from the perspectives of parents, clinicians, and EBI experts. The study will measure vaccine confidence as the primary outcome. Participation involves one-time interviews, and the study aims to gather insights to better support vaccination efforts in underserved communities. The total participation duration varies by participant group, with all activities conducted under observation to ensure data quality and safety.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Birthing parent of a child aged 12 to 24 months who receives primary care at Boston Medical Center
- Birthing parent registered as a patient at Boston Medical Center
- Birthing parent was pregnant between October and February (RSV season)
- Birthing parent comfortable completing an interview in English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole
- Clinical providers aged 18 or older working at Boston Medical Center in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or OB/GYN involved in successful vaccine-specific Evidence-Based Interventions
- Content experts aged 18 or older in Implementation Science, vaccine-specific Evidence-Based Interventions, or prenatal genetic counseling

- Content experts not involved in vaccine-specific Evidence-Based Interventions
