What this Trial Is About

Researchers are studying dynamic movement parameters in active patients who have undergone hip arthroscopy surgery for labrum lesions. The focus is on movements like jumping, squatting, and acceleration between 3 and 6 months after surgery. The goal is to understand how these movement factors relate to returning to sports and to identify predictors that could help tailor rehabilitation protocols specifically for athletes. Participants will have their hip force moments measured and analyzed in three planes to assess symmetry between their operated and non-operated legs. These measurements will be taken at 3 and 6 months post-surgery to evaluate hip muscular force balance. This study is interventional and involves biomechanical analysis without any masking or placebo groups. During the study, participants will undergo biomechanical tests that monitor the symmetry of hip muscular forces between their lower limbs. Researchers will collect data at specific time points (3 and 6 months after surgery) to evaluate recovery and progress toward returning to sports. The study lasts at least 6 months post-surgery and aims to provide insights that could improve rehabilitation strategies for athletes after hip arthroscopy.
