This research aims to evaluate biphasic In Vitro Maturation IVM as a treatment for young women under 35 classified as POSEIDON Group 1a, who have a normal ovarian reserve but produce very few mature eggs after standard ovarian stimulation. The study addresses challenges faced by these patients, including high treatment costs and risks like Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome OHSS, by exploring a new approach to improve egg maturity and quality. Participants will undergo a biphasic IVM procedure where immature eggs are collected without high-dose hormone injections. The eggs will be matured in the lab through a two-step process a 24-hour prematuration phase using C-type Natriuretic Peptide CNP followed by a 30-hour maturation phase, aiming to improve egg development and embryo formation. This approach bypasses the need for gonadotropin stimulation and reduces risks and costs. During the study, participants will have their immature eggs retrieved via ultrasound-guided aspiration, followed by laboratory maturation and fertilization with intracytoplasmic sperm injection. Researchers will monitor the number of mature eggs, embryo development, and safety outcomes over a treatment period of up to 12 months. Follow-up assessments will evaluate pregnancy rates and possible complications, ensuring participant safety throughout the study.
