Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients of either sex aged 18 years or older who are candidates for embolization therapy
  • Life expectancy greater than 3 months
  • Single metastatic or oligometastatic disease
  • Patients with multiple metastases if a particular site causes pain or risk of pathologic fracture
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Life expectancy less than 3 months or severe functional status impairment (ASA 4)
  • Hypovascular metastasis confirmed by angiography or MRI perfusion study with MDC
  • Coagulation disorders or low platelet counts
  • Active infections
