Researchers are studying the relationship between PainDETECT questionnaire scores, pain locations, and clinical diagnoses in adults visiting a musculoskeletal and sports medicine clinic. This observational study focuses on understanding neuropathic pain components within musculoskeletal conditions by analyzing patients' reported pain and clinical findings without altering their standard care. Participants will complete the PainDETECT questionnaire to assess neuropathic pain features. The study collects pain region information and clinical diagnoses determined during routine clinical evaluations. No experimental treatments or interventions are given, and data will be gathered prospectively from existing medical records. During the study, researchers will review PainDETECT scores along with patients' pain localization and diagnoses. The main outcome measure is the PainDETECT score at baseline based on retrospective record review. Participants will continue their usual care while their data contributes to understanding pain patterns in musculoskeletal conditions. The study is sponsored by Uskudar University and involves adult patients aged 18 and older.
