Researchers are investigating temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, cervical posture, balance, dual-task abilities, and social adaptation skills in children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This observational study compares individuals with ASD to those with typical motor development to understand how these factors relate and differ between the groups. The study addresses gaps in understanding the relationship between TMJ problems, posture, balance, and social skills in autism. Participants will undergo several assessments including the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test for functional balance, the 10-Meter Walk Test with added dual motor and cognitive tasks to evaluate multitasking abilities, the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales for social adaptation, and the Helkimo Clinical Dysfunction Index for TMJ dysfunction. Cervical posture will be assessed using a posture analysis app that captures photos to evaluate postural deviations. Both groups will receive the same evaluations. During the study, participants' demographic data such as age, height, weight, and habits will be recorded. The assessments will measure balance, posture, TMJ function, dual-task performance, and social skills. These results will be compared between the ASD group and the control group with typical development. The total participation occurs at enrollment, with all evaluations conducted at that time to analyze the relationships among the measured factors.

- Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder confirmed by a physician
- Currently enrolled in a special education and rehabilitation center
- No vision problems
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- No cognitive impairments
- No walking difficulties

- Presence of secondary health conditions
- Surgery within the past six months
