Study of Heart Health and Risks in Patients Receiving Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplants A Prospective Multicenter Observational Study

Researchers are conducting a prospective, multicenter observational study focused on patients who have received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The study aims to collect detailed information on clinical characteristics, laboratory results, management approaches, and outcomes related to cardiovascular events after transplantation. This research will help understand the risks and complications associated with stem cell transplant recipients over time. Participants are patients who have undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at participating medical centers. The study does not involve any experimental treatment but follows these patients to observe their health status and cardiovascular outcomes. There is no intervention administered instead, data is collected through routine medical care and follow-ups. During the study, researchers will prospectively gather data on major adverse cardiovascular events at multiple time points 30 days, 100 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years post-transplant. Additional outcomes include overall survival, event-free survival, and complications related to the transplantation. The study involves regular assessments and monitoring to evaluate health status and cardiovascular risks over several years, with participation lasting up to five years after transplantation.
