Researchers are conducting a prospective multi-center observational study involving patients diagnosed with kidney disease in China. This study aims to collect detailed information from both new and existing kidney disease patients to better understand the condition over time. Participants include both newly diagnosed and existing patients from various centers who regularly visit their doctors. The study does not involve any treatment but observes patients' health status, focusing on measurements such as estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) and albuminuria. Participants will have their kidney function measured every six months for up to five years. The study involves regular check-ups, data collection, and monitoring to track kidney disease progression. The research team will analyze these measurements to better understand kidney disease outcomes and potentially improve future care.
