Data Collection and Storage for Orthopaedic Disorders at University of Florida Including Osteoarthritis, Osteosarcoma, Scoliosis, and Cerebral Palsy

What this Trial Is About

Researchers are collecting and storing data related to orthopaedic conditions and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. This observational study includes patients seen at the University of Florida UF and Shands Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute. The purpose is to gather information as part of normal clinical care to better understand these conditions over time. Patients visiting the Orthopaedic clinic will be informed about the data collection and asked if they would like to participate. Those who agree will provide informed consent. There are no experimental treatments or interventions the study focuses on collecting data from routine clinical visits. Participants will be involved through the normal course of their orthopaedic care, with data collected and stored from their visits. The study includes retrospective data from 2007 to the present and will continue until 2026. No additional procedures beyond standard care are required, and patient information will be used for research purposes to improve understanding of orthopaedic disorders.
