Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- At least 18 years of age or older of any sex or gender
- Chronic pain occurring on at least half of the days for 3 months or more
- Average pain intensity score of at least 3 out of 10 in the past month
- Ability to adhere to and complete all study protocols
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Cognitive impairment, non-English speaking, or psychological issues preventing understanding or full participation in group treatment
- Active suicidality documented in medical records
- History of disruptive behavior leading to study exclusion
- Received either study treatment within the past 3 months
