It aims to compare the buccal bone thickness after augmentation using titanium mesh versus collagen membrane combined with xenograft in patients requiring flapless immediate implant placement. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. One group receives immediate implants with augmentation using xenograft covered by titanium mesh and collagen membrane. The other group receives immediate implants with augmentation using xenograft covered by collagen membrane only. Both treatments are performed in the anterior maxilla where buccal bone deficiency exists. Throughout the study, patients will record postoperative pain and swelling daily for two weeks. Follow-ups will assess buccal bone thickness, soft tissue thickness, and keratinized tissue width at baseline, 6 months, and 12 months. Oral hygiene will be monitored, and postoperative care instructions and medication will be provided. The study duration spans up to 12 months with ongoing assessments to evaluate treatment outcomes.
