This research aims to explore how imaging data from lung cancer patients relate to the tumor microenvironment and the patients' prognosis. The study observes patients with lung cancer treated at Wuhan Union Hospital between July 2024 and July 2027, focusing on understanding these relationships using a radiogenomic approach. The trial includes adult patients diagnosed with lung cancer confirmed by tissue biopsy. Participants undergo at least one chest CT scan before treatment, which is used to analyze imaging features alongside tumor characteristics. This observational cohort study collects and correlates sequencing results with body composition and tumor radiomic features over a period of 0.5 years to better understand these associations. During the study, researchers review clinical data, imaging scans, and biopsy results, while tracking patient outcomes and follow-up information.
