What this Trial Is About

This research aims to explore the possible link between decreased ovarian reserve and the history of early miscarriages in women. The study focuses on populations with specific reproductive histories, including recurrent pregnancy loss, no previous pregnancies (G0), and ectopic pregnancies, to understand how low ovarian reserve (LOR) may affect fertility outcomes. The goal is to provide insights that could improve infertility treatments and help participants achieve their parenting goals. Participants in this observational study will undergo routine clinical assessments without additional interventions beyond standard testing. These tests include measuring anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels and performing antral follicle counts (AFC) through transvaginal ultrasound on the day of their first consultation. Standard ovarian stimulation protocols and medications will be followed as per usual care. Throughout the study, researchers will monitor AMH and AFC as primary outcomes to evaluate ovarian reserve. Participants will receive regular clinical assessments and testing as part of their normal care. The study aims to provide valuable data on how LOR correlates with fertility outcomes, miscarriage history, and embryo aneuploidy rates, helping to guide future clinical decisions and reduce patient distress. The study is expected to continue until the end of 2025.
