Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Hemoglobin A1c between 6.0 and 11.0
- Report food insecurity or financial insecurity
- Age 19 years or older
You will not qualify if you...
- Live with a current study participant
- Life expectancy less than 6 months
- Multiple life-threatening allergies to common foods
- Require total parenteral nutrition
- Blood disorders that interfere with hemoglobin A1c interpretation
- Hemoglobin A1c greater than 11
