Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with insomnia disorder according to DSM-5
- Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score greater than 5
- Aged 18 years or older with at least junior high school education
- Presence of sleep cognitive distortions assessed using DBAS-16
- Presence of maladaptive sleep behaviors assessed with Maladaptive Sleep Behavior Questionnaire (8 items)
- Willing to participate and provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe physical illness or serious mental disorders, or risk of suicide
- Diagnosed or suspected sleep-related breathing disorders, restless legs syndrome, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, or shift workers
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Currently receiving any form of psychological therapy
