Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with insomnia disorder according to DSM-5
  • Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score greater than 5
  • Aged 18 years or older with at least junior high school education
  • Presence of sleep cognitive distortions assessed using DBAS-16
  • Presence of maladaptive sleep behaviors assessed with Maladaptive Sleep Behavior Questionnaire (8 items)
  • Willing to participate and provide informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Severe physical illness or serious mental disorders, or risk of suicide
  • Diagnosed or suspected sleep-related breathing disorders, restless legs syndrome, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, or shift workers
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women
  • Currently receiving any form of psychological therapy
