Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder according to DSM-5.
- Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score > 5.
- Age 18 to 65 years with at least a middle school education level.
- Anxiety symptoms with HAMA score ≥ 14.
- Presence of maladaptive sleep behaviors assessed by a self-developed 8-item questionnaire.
- Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe physical illnesses or severe mental disorders, including risk of suicide.
- Diagnosed or suspected sleep-related breathing disorders, restless leg syndrome, sleep-wake rhythm disorders, or shift work.
- Pregnant or lactating women.
- Currently undergoing psychological therapy.
