Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder according to DSM-5.
  • Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score > 5.
  • Age 18 to 65 years with at least a middle school education level.
  • Anxiety symptoms with HAMA score ≥ 14.
  • Presence of maladaptive sleep behaviors assessed by a self-developed 8-item questionnaire.
  • Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Severe physical illnesses or severe mental disorders, including risk of suicide.
  • Diagnosed or suspected sleep-related breathing disorders, restless leg syndrome, sleep-wake rhythm disorders, or shift work.
  • Pregnant or lactating women.
  • Currently undergoing psychological therapy.
