Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder
- Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score greater than 5
- Age 18 years or older with junior high school education or above
- Voluntarily agree to participate by signing informed consent
- For those with chronic insomnia and anxiety symptoms, Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) score of 14 or higher
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of serious physical or severe mental illnesses, or suicide risk
- Diagnosed or suspected sleep breathing disorder, restless legs syndrome, sleep-wake rhythm disorder, or shift work
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Currently undergoing any psychological treatment
