Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 50 years or older
  • ASMI less than 7 kg/m2 in men
  • ASMI less than 5.7 kg/m2 in women
  • Grip strength less than 28 kg in men
  • Grip strength less than 18 kg in women
  • Walking speed less than 1 meter per second
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Allergy to supplements
  • Diagnosis of cancer
  • Heart failure
  • Kidney disease
  • Autoimmune disease
  • Neurodegenerative disease
