Researchers are evaluating the Turkish translation of the Digital Health Readiness Questionnaire to study its validity and reliability in individuals with chronic non-infectious diseases. Digital health readiness combines digital access, literacy, and health literacy and is considered an important factor in improving health processes and managing chronic diseases. This observational study aims to provide a Turkish assessment tool to support chronic disease follow-up and health data evaluation. The study uses a survey questionnaire designed to assess digital health readiness, focusing on the translation and cultural adaptation into Turkish. The primary outcome is the translation process completed within one month, followed by an 11-month period to evaluate the questionnaires validity and reliability in the target population. Participants include adults with chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular, and respiratory diseases who are native Turkish speakers and literate. Participants will complete the questionnaire assessing their digital health readiness. Researchers will analyze the responses to ensure the tool accurately reflects digital health literacy in Turkish-speaking individuals with chronic diseases. The study will monitor the quality and consistency of the questionnaire responses over time. The total study duration includes initial translation and extended validity and reliability testing, ensuring the tools usefulness in healthcare settings for chronic disease management.
