Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 to 65 years of age, inclusive
- Male or female; females must not be pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
- Able to speak, read, and write English
- Willing to provide written consent to participate
- Owns and wears an activity tracker daily (e.g., Oura, WHOOP, Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Withings, Fitbit) and agrees to connect it to the app
- Owns a bathroom scale
- Able to drink 600 mL (20 oz) of water as directed
- Willing to avoid alcohol for 24 hours before each study session
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently enrolled in another clinical trial or participated in one within the past 30 days
- Employed by, or has an immediate family employed by, a company that competes with Gatorade products
- If unsure about competitor status, must inform the study investigator before consenting
