Eligibility Criteria

You may qualify if you...

  • Care workers currently employed at residential long-term care institutions in Eastern Taiwan
  • Age between 20 and 70 years
  • At least one month of work experience in current care worker role
  • Able to read and complete written questionnaires
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese
  • Willing to provide informed consent to participate

You will not qualify if you...

  • Not meeting the inclusion criteria
  • Declining to participate or withdrawing consent during the study
  • Physically unable to safely participate in the aging simulation due to health or mobility limitations
