Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Care workers currently employed at residential long-term care institutions in Eastern Taiwan
- Age between 20 and 70 years
- At least one month of work experience in current care worker role
- Able to read and complete written questionnaires
- Able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese
- Willing to provide informed consent to participate

- Not meeting the inclusion criteria
- Declining to participate or withdrawing consent during the study
- Physically unable to safely participate in the aging simulation due to health or mobility limitations
