Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Fluent in English, Spanish, or Mandarin
- Aged between 21 and 80 years old
- Cancer patient currently receiving chemotherapy (started within the past month) and/or radiation therapy (started within the past week), or scheduled to begin chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy within the next 2 months (excluding surgery only patients)
- Planning to remain in the area for at least 1 year
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of untreated psychiatric disturbance or cognitive impairment that prevents completing assessments or giving consent
- Participation by patients or family members in MSK IHCD studies related to social determinants of health
