One group will receive basic educational materials about physical activity, social support, and stress resilience, while the other group will access a study-specific website and participate in individual coaching sessions via Zoom to reinforce these topics. During the three-month study, participants will complete surveys about social support, stress resilience, quality of life, and depression. Physical activity will be measured objectively with the Garmin device and self-reported through questionnaires at the start and end of the study. Researchers will also assess cognitive functioning, stress levels, loneliness, anxiety, and health-related quality of life at multiple time points to evaluate the effects of the interventions.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 60 years or older
- Living alone and community dwelling
- Engaging in 60 minutes or less per week of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity
- Self-reported decline in cognitive functioning
- Ownership of or willingness to use a smartphone with iOS or Android
- Ability to read and speak English
You will not qualify if you...
- Positive response on Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire without physician's note
- Resting blood pressure over 200/110 mmHg without physician's note
- Planning to move out of the study area within 6 months
- Participation in another physical activity, nutrition, or weight loss program
- Diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment or score below 18 on Telephone-Montreal Cognitive Assessment
- Diagnosis of neurodegenerative, developmental, neurologic, or major psychiatric disorders
- Previous prescription of approved Alzheimer's medications
- Score of 9 or higher on the 15-item Geriatric Depression Scale
- History of stroke
- Currently incarcerated

Duration - 3 months
Participants receive a Garmin device to self-monitor their weekly physical activity. They will be encouraged to gradually increase their physical activity over 3 months, either through individual coaching sessions and a study website or a study manual, depending on their group assignment.
