Researchers are evaluating the safety and performance of the Polymer Free Sirolimus Eluting Coronary Stent Vivo ISAR in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). This prospective, observational registry includes patients who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) using this stent and are planned for a short dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) regimen lasting up to 3 months. The aim is to assess clinical outcomes in a real-world population across multiple countries and centers. Participants receive the Vivo ISAR stent and follow standard care with a short DAPT treatment of no more than 3 months after PCI. The study does not influence the choice of device or treatment beyond routine care. After the procedure, patients who meet eligibility criteria and provide consent are enrolled and observed over time without additional interventions. Participants will be followed up through routine clinical practice and telephone calls at 30 days, 3 months, and 12 months after PCI. These follow-ups collect information on ongoing medications, any lab tests performed, adverse events, and any further interventions. The main outcomes measured at 12 months include ischemic events and bleeding events related to the treatment and stent use.

Researchers are evaluating how well oral icotrokinra works, its safety, and how well patients tolerate it in adults and adolescents with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis, a chronic condition where the colon lining becomes inflamed and develops ulcers. This is a Phase 3 study aimed at finding effective treatments for this condition using a rigorous comparison. Participants will receive either icotrokinra tablets or placebo tablets taken by mouth. The study includes an induction phase and a maintenance phase, with adults participating in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled design, while adolescents join an open-label maintenance study. Throughout the study, researchers will monitor clinical remission rates at 12 weeks during induction and at 40 weeks during maintenance. Researchers are evaluating ziltivekimab as a treatment for people living with heart failure and inflammation. This Phase 3 study compares ziltivekimab to a placebo in participants with heart failure who have mild to preserved ejection fraction and systemic inflammation. The study aims to assess the effect of ziltivekimab on cardiovascular death, heart failure hospitalization, or urgent heart failure visits over a period of up to 4 years. Participants will receive monthly injections of either ziltivekimab or a placebo using a pre-filled syringe or a pen-injector. The study medication is administered subcutaneously once a month for up to 4 years. The trial includes up to 20 clinic visits during which participants will be monitored and assessed. During the study, participants will use a study app on their phone to record all injections and complete questionnaires. Researchers will monitor participants for key outcomes like cardiovascular events and heart failure episodes from the time of randomization until the end of the study. Researchers are evaluating the safety and effectiveness of a new combination treatment using Surovatamig (AZD0486), a fully human bispecific monoclonal IgG4 antibody, together with rituximab. This Phase III, global, randomized, open-label study focuses on participants with untreated follicular lymphoma (FL) to see if this combination offers added benefits compared to three standard chemoimmunotherapy regimens chosen by the investigator. The study has two parts: a safety run-in and the main Phase III comparison. The first part, the Safety Run-in, compares different dose levels of Surovatamig plus rituximab to find the recommended Phase III dose (RP3D). The second part, Phase III, involves three groups: two groups receiving different schedules of Surovatamig plus rituximab, and one group receiving one of three standard regimens (R-CVP with rituximab maintenance, R-CHOP with rituximab maintenance, or Bendamustine plus rituximab maintenance) as chosen by the investigator. Treatment schedules and doses are monitored closely through the study. Participants will be followed for up to 10 years to monitor the occurrence and severity of side effects, treatment discontinuations, dose changes, and overall safety. The main goal is to assess whether the new combination is superior to standard treatments. Regular evaluations include safety assessments and monitoring treatment effects over time, with attention to both short-term and long-term outcomes.

Researchers are evaluating the efficacy and safety of verekitug (UPB-101) in adults with moderate-to-severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), a long-term inflammatory lung condition. This global, multicenter Phase 2b study aims to understand how well verekitug works compared to a placebo, alongside participants' usual COPD medications. Participants must have a confirmed COPD diagnosis and meet specific lung function and symptom criteria to join the study. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of two doses of verekitug or a matching placebo, in addition to their regular COPD background treatments. The study includes a screening period of about 4 weeks, followed by treatment lasting between 60 and 108 weeks. After treatment, there is a 16-week follow-up period to monitor participants after their last dose. Throughout the study, participants will undergo various assessments including lung function tests and symptom evaluations. Researchers will track the annual rate of moderate or severe COPD flare-ups from the start of treatment through week 108. Safety and tolerability will be closely monitored during the treatment and follow-up periods to ensure participants' well-being over the course of the trial.

Researchers are evaluating the effectiveness and safety of a new drug combination called Mezigdomide (CC-92480) with bortezomib and dexamethasone (MeziVd) compared to an existing combination of pomalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (PVd). This study focuses on adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who have previously received between one and three lines of therapy, including prior lenalidomide treatment. The trial is a Phase 3, randomized, multicenter, open-label study aiming to improve outcomes for this condition. Participants will be assigned to receive either the MeziVd or PVd treatment regimen, with specified doses of each drug given on certain days. The study involves two treatment groups: one receiving mezigdomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone, and the other receiving pomalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone. Researchers are evaluating the efficacy and safety of inavolisib combined with Phesgo compared to placebo with Phesgo as maintenance therapy in participants who have previously untreated HER2-positive advanced breast cancer with PIK3CA mutations. This Phase III, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study focuses on participants with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, aiming to understand the treatment impact after initial induction therapy. Participants will receive inavolisib orally once daily on Days 1 to 21 of each 21-day cycle, starting on Day 1 of Cycle 1 during maintenance treatment. Phesgo will be administered subcutaneously every three weeks on Day 1 of each cycle. The study includes an induction therapy phase where taxane-based chemotherapy is given after Phesgo. Optional endocrine therapy such as tamoxifen, aromatase inhibitors, or fulvestrant may be used based on the investigator's choice, with luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonists administered according to local guidelines. Researchers are evaluating the effectiveness and safety of remibrutinib in adults aged 18 to 65 years with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS). This Phase III study is randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled, designed to better understand how remibrutinib affects disability progression in SPMS patients over time. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either oral remibrutinib tablets or matching placebo tablets during the Core Part of the study, which is event-driven and double-blinded. After this period, all participants may enter an Extension Part where they receive open-label remibrutinib treatment. This design allows researchers to compare remibrutinib against placebo and then monitor long-term effects when all participants receive the active drug. Throughout the study, participants will undergo regular assessments including MRI scans and clinical evaluations to track changes in disability using the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS). Researchers are evaluating the safety and effectiveness of subcutaneous anifrolumab compared with placebo in adults with moderate to severe Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathies (IIM), specifically polymyositis (PM) or dermatomyositis (DM). This multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III study adds anifrolumab or placebo to participants' standard of care treatment to assess overall disease activity. Participants will receive weekly subcutaneous injections of either anifrolumab or placebo for 52 weeks. After this period, all participants will receive open-label anifrolumab injections once weekly for an additional 52 weeks. This design allows researchers to evaluate initial treatment effects and longer-term outcomes with anifrolumab. During the study, participants will be monitored regularly for disease activity and safety. The main outcome measured is the Total Improvement Score (TIS) with a response defined as a score of 40 or higher at 52 weeks. Researchers are evaluating the effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of remibrutinib compared to a placebo in adults with Generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) who are already receiving stable standard-of-care treatment. This Phase III study is randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, and involves multiple centers. The study aims to provide new insights into treatment options for people living with gMG. Participants will be randomly assigned in equal numbers to receive either remibrutinib or a placebo during the Core Part, which lasts 6 months and is double-blinded. After this, there is an Extension Part lasting up to 60 months where all participants may receive open-label remibrutinib. The study treatments are administered according to the study protocol, and the trial compares the active drug with placebo to monitor their effects. During the study, participants will be assessed regularly, including measuring changes in their daily living activities affected by myasthenia gravis over six months. Researchers will monitor safety, tolerability, and adherence to treatment.
