Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participant has voluntarily signed and dated an informed consent form approved by an Independent Ethics Committee or Institutional Review Board and provided other required privacy authorizations before joining the study.
- Participant is 18 years of age or older who attends hospital clinics (medical and radiation oncology, neurology, and geriatrics clinics) as an outpatient for any reason.

History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
