Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 65 years or older
- Having low back pain for 3 months or more
- Able to walk independently
- Mental state score greater than 25 out of 30 on the MMSE questionnaire
- Frailty score less than 3 out of 5 based on Fried criteria
You will not qualify if you...
- Having other severe musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or neurological conditions
- Having systemic diseases such as cancer
